No need to rage. Adapt to the fact people hard-scope with snipers by blinking or sliding across doorway, or equip one yourself. Make sure you don't aim down sight lots because it gives away your position. Anyway, if you want to avoid snipers altogether, go into rumble. Most people roll with shotguns. 6 v 6 is where hard-scopers reign (alongside shotguns like Conspiracy Theory-D).

Find another route. A sniper won't last too long once they are found out. Someone will either snipe them or sneak up on them and take them out. Sniping isn't a fast art. At least it shouldn't be.
