WHAT HAPPENED TO 310 DROPS FROM THREE OF COINS ALL I GET NOW IS 290 :(

It's a guaranteed 310 if your light level is, or is over 310. If not, your chances of getting a 310 is lowered, but I'm not sure by how much.

It's probably because you already have the weapon from a 3 of coins drop I found this out because the same hung happened to me and I tested it out.
