Sign of the founders is pretty rare. But as far as the rarest goes? There's special emblems for being a developer of the game. Deej has one. Wether or not it's equipped

If you mean Shield of Mythics, not only Deej has it. Some normal forum members do. Rarest is probably the Alpha-Lupi Experience Emblem from the ARG a while back. I saw it and didn't think much of it.
