Taking heavy and jumping off the map with it by accident. Walking into obvious trip mine like a complete dumbass. Sticking myself with my own fusion grenade (yes, that's possible) Edit: I threw my fusion grenade against a wall when I meant to throw it through a doorway. The wall I through it to was also the wall I was leaning up against. Next thing you now, I heard this loud beeping sound and I blow up. *Death by: Misadventure
