Bro, Bungie tweeted out that the player population is so low in crucible right now that matchmaking isn't working right. There was no change to the algorithm, people just aren't playing anymore. Low playlist population means the game is finally dying. Good news though, halo 5 is working great and the free updates just keep coming!
