Yeah mate this happen to me and I've already seen people post about it also. Yesterday was the first time that ever happen to me. The team we were playing were laggin quite a bit when it happen...was your game also?
I'dk if it's the map or if it's just lag, never happen before patch/thisweekend.

It was slightly laggy, yellow bar. But it wasn't too bad. I do think that lag had something to do with it
