So you bleq up the instutute and the prydwen and killed all of the railroad and all factions are ok?

Lol nah. I finished the BoS, reverted to an early save, helped the institute, reverted to an early save, aided the railroad, then on that same save, got kicked out of the institute towards the end of the RR quest line and the railroad sent me to get help from the Minutemen. Finished with the Minutemen.
