Dragon's Breath the new Gjallarhorn?

Y2 Dragon's Breath is beyond awesome! The napalm canisters really made this weapon something spectacular. Does anyone else have this weapon and think that it's beyond awesome?

Bungie are stupid. Exotics should be op so things like most op weapon wouldn't exist and most would use the exotic they like.
