That, my friend is called a red herring. You realized you were wrong and knew nothing, so you changed the entire topic of the conversation.
And you would have gotten away with it if it weren't for all those meddling logic classes that us coders have to take!
Honestly though, most people think of coding as this impossible thing that only geniuses can do, which is just not true. Its really quite easy. That's why coders get paid so much, though. People think it's so hard that they don't try to learn. And when the demand for coders is so high, while the supply remains low due to people being afraid of it, it creates a very inflated starting salary.

I think it's more of a "lost in translation" issue which chases people away from coding. I mean people hear "algorithm" and freak out when it's just a fancy word for recipe lol.

Long division is just an algorithm!

No, I'm not wrong about anything. Just figured it would be fun to call you out.

Really? After seeing a screenshot of code that I wrote, you didn't realize you were wrong about me being a coder? Alright dude. You win. I really need to go to bed. I have a final in 5 hours.

Yep...really. You better study up on the questions about vanity. I bet they'll be pretty tricky ones.
