I know it is listed that DLC 1 & 2 cards are glitched... specifically I can't unlock thieve's den pvp arena.

The crucible map grimoire cards were recently fixed. The next time you play on the maps it should unlock correctly for you.

If you revisit the map and still don't get the card, send me the PGCR of the game and I can look into it.

Oops! I forgot that's not a widely used term. It's one of [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/PGCR?instanceId=4089734592&characterId=2305843009214303955]these things[/url] for each activity you do in the game. Just find the activity, click on it, then hit "permalink" and copy the URL it takes you to.
