Well there are good pieces of legendary armor in vendor inventories. If you go to the institute you can get a good helmet and chest piece and helmet. Also if you go to vault 81 you will find good arm pieces.

I already have that stuff. I have good armor but I want to look cool because right now I'm a walking tank that looks like some retard with rusty metal armor.
