I remember shooting someone and going to confirm kill, just to be shot down by a shotgun camping the corner he ran behind. Never made that mistake again. Shot someone, waited for them, and they indeed came. Only to rush through my barage of bullets and snipe me with a shotgun. Me playing destiny was a mistake. Never making it again.

You need to keep pressing with grenades if someone is injured, or follow up with a melee. It's your own fault that you died in both instances.
