Legendary Engrams Turned to Light or Coins by Cryptarch 99% of the time !
Dear Bungie Scions of Sisyphus,
Along with receiving no legendary drops in the crucible, to make matters worse - if I do acquire a legendary engram from the field and take it to a Cryptarch - he converts it to motes of light, or strange coins 99% of the time.
