The last two days on PS4 when I'm going through my vault (tower; haven't tried reef) and while in my vault I open up my character inventory, I get stuck in there and no matter what I try I can't back out to the vault or anything. This is the third time it has happened, and the only fix I've found is to back out of the game completely and restart from the title screen. I'm also having the same issue with engrams being cashed in with no reward; this seems to only happen when I have a large # to exchange and I cash them in hurriedly.
