They didn't really advertise emotes, so I don't see how you can classify it as cut content because it wasn't really what we thought we were paying for, but I see your point. Yeah, I put, like, $20 of my money towards silver. So what? I was told the money was going towards live events and I wanted to see that happen; the emotes are cool, too, I guess.
