So I banged piper in Fallout 4...

[b][u]How to:[/u][/b] Just reach max affinity with her. Do this by successfully flirting and romancing whenever you have the chance. Once you have reached max affinity, sleep in a bed when she is near. Once you wake up she will wake up with you. You also get some cool perk after doing that.

What is weird is fallout 4 is fun to play and i tried fallout 3 once before and didn't like it for some reason so now this game might make me go back to play 3 ha. I was always into elder scrolls. But offtopic how do you build stuff like house's in fo4, I'm on ps4 just in case that holds any significance to building. :)
