I have full harrowed gear... Am I allowed to use my iron banner gear? That looks way cooler and have the perks I actually need?

No how dare you iron banner armour is reserved for scrubs like me who don't have enough friends for hard mode. Serious note it is way better looking.

Im considering infusing all my harrowed gear into my pvp gear. A combo of vendor armor and IB gear. It looks better. And has the rolls I want. And it will work in pve as well. I gave up hope getting raid gear with the rolls I need.

Can't really blame you from what I have heard the raid can be fairly unforgiving with giving the desired rolls.

It so stupid. You are against TWO rng rolls. First the light level on it. Second the perks on it.

At least the infusing thing kind of helps with the light problem.
