I know for a fact that the Arc Inducer is a patrol mission item, but I'm not sure on the other two.

Yeah they're probably all existing patrol items to be honest. I never really pay much attention to what it is your supposed to be collecting and havent really bothered with patrol in general for a long time so I'm not an authority!

Yes all three of them are from patrol missions.
