I don't think it's a dlc I think they're introducing challenge mode for the raid, in December.

Vex Artifacts for a Hive Raid... Makes no sense

Guarantee challenge mode will include old raids as well. The exotic upgrade cores will most likely be used to upgrade the raid exotics. Makes sense if you think about it.

hopefully they listened to fans who want old content back are making VoG and Crota and PoE legendary difficulty but i doubt it
