Prydwen? Oh. I'm not that far, but once you finish the quest "Reunions" then it'll appear in the sky. I'm not sure if you can board it, though. That'd be sweet however.

Probably I'm not that far though you might get a choice to do something like sabotage their ship or sabotage the railroad or something that would be cool
