Even if you play for long periods of time, you won't rise your True Skill Level fast if you keep playing bad.

Yes so in extreme cases where people suck or are the opposite and are positively great. The rate it hanged will be more noticeable. For most it will not be noticed and time played will have strong correlation with the DTR. Good effort though.
