Where do you find that?
Also, what if someone only plays modes with higher score values, or lower values?

As AgentDuck says below - that is the measure of a good player IMO.. id much rather have a high scoring player than someone who cries about KD which is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things - This refers to FPS in general, not just Destiny.

Well I can't find a score per minute value in destiny, but there is a score per game average

It would be score per minute within the gamemode, this isn't in Destiny but in Call of Duty and other FPS
