Yes but I voted against it and I'm ok with Micro Transactions. Sure, I'm annoyed Skull Mask is practically locked behind a RNG purchased by Silver but I can live without it. Still wanted it but I wasn't willing to pay the cash. However, once you can buy anything with an attack or defense rating I'm gone. I really don't care
