It's really a shame to so many in here will defend Bungie to the death even though Bungie shits on them all the time.
It's a shame that people can't take a joke or a bit of sarcasm, and how has Bungie shit on you?
"We would like more weapon parts Bungie." "Oh really? Okay, so we'll reduce the amount you get from dismantling. You're welcome. By the way, visit Tess for some dance moves. Just remember to bring your wallet."
I don't recall anyone asking for more weapon parts, their was an over abundance of them available with veterans. This is what probably led to them reducing drops. The community states it's disapproval and Bungie says they will fix it. What's wrong with that? If the store remains cosmetic based and has no impact on the game, let people have the option to add to their experience. It won't effect you if you choose not to buy anything.
I lost respect for Bungie after they had Luke Smith insult us all. But thar was just a joke riiiight? Spend money on what you already have for dance moves cause... money at your screen.
Luke Smith knew he -blam!-ed up, so he apologized. This was in turn to the communities disapproval, so he reacted to it and apologized. You seemed to have moved on from it, because you purchased the dlc and played it all the way to November 2nd it seems.
Quitting Destiny was the best gaming decision I made in gaming choice. It's so relaxing thar I can play other games and not worry about stupid shit a developer will purposely do to increase grinding.
This was not a goddamn job, you always had the ability to play other games, you chose to stick with this one. Bungie does not have to make anyone grind for shit, if people were fed up with it, they would leave and not continue to purchase content in this game.
I use to grind for Legendary weapons in Borderland 1 and 2 (way better shoot and loot franchise) it was tedious but it was rewarding as hell.
To each is his own on this one, I personally thought borderlands 2 was boring and tedious as hell. This is why I stopped playing it and never could complete it. That's what you do when you don't like a game or developer, you leave quickly and play other shit. You stop supporting the developer and they learn their lesson.
