It's ok to tell a customer they are wrong. But the key phrase here is [u]when they're wrong.[/u] In this case the community is absolutely right. There was no reason for them to nerf weapons parts. Especially due to the fact that they added in the infusing system which uses a ton of weapons parts.
What if a restaurant was serving over cooked or burnt food and you complained about it but the waiter/manager then responded with, "Well our boss likes for all of his food to be burnt so, that's the way we serve it, get used to it." That's basically what's happening here, they are serving burnt food to everyone. Yeah, maybe 10% of people like it or don't mind, but the vast majority are pissed off about it Deej's response is, "Well my boss is fine so we are in no rush to fix it."
