I do own a business (a profitable and successful one at that) and sometimes there are customers that can't be worked with, and I have told a few to f*ck off. Cooperation is key between business and customer, customers are not always right, and believe it or not its okay to tell them when they are wrong. You can try to make your customers happy but there is always that one guy who you have to tell to get bent. I have never believed in the customer is always right mantra and never will. That mantra lets customers take advantage of companies and it can end up costing you a lot of money. Before anyone goes there, of course a business' number one goal is making money, maybe not at all costs, if you don't make money you don't have a business. Being in business will always be about making money no matter what the business does. You should maybe temper your comments about the proper way to run a business until you have some experience in doing so. Your comments basically show that either you don't experience in business or that you will shortly be looking for a job because you will soon have a failing one.

 • It's ok to tell a customer they are wrong. But the key phrase here is when they're wrong. In this case the community is absolutely right. There was no reason for them to nerf weapons parts. Especially due to the fact that they added in the infusing system which uses a ton of weapons parts. What if a restaurant was serving over cooked or burnt food and you complained about it but the waiter/manager then responded with, "Well our boss likes for all of his food to be burnt so, that's the way we serve it, get used to it." That's basically what's happening here, they are serving burnt food to everyone. Yeah, maybe 10% of people like it or don't mind, but the vast majority are pissed off about it Deej's response is, "Well my boss is fine so we are in no rush to fix it."

 • Telling one customer to get bent is very different from saying it to your entire community.

 • I was a store manager for a autoparts store, we were forced to accept the customer is always right. After 7 years of that I had enough. Customers aren't always right, sometimes they're assholes.
