He's literally just saying what no other business has the balls to say. Also note that almost no one on these forums are professional, polite or constructive! You don't go into a restaurant and scream obscenities at the chef unless you want him to wipe his butt with your sandwich. I'm not saying it's right! I'm just saying it's perfectly understandable.
