I have, and I don't buy into it.
At some point, lines need to be drawn. This community gets hostile, idiotic, and ignorant over both dumb and important things. It's one thing to have a fiery passion about the game you love, but it's quite another to be completely belligerent towards the company. It wouldn't surprise me in someone in this community has messaged DeeJ and told him to go "eat a bullet." It doesn't seem so far fetched.
So when he throws a little snark in an update, I'm all for it.
Not that I disagree with you, if I was in his place I would like to do the same thing. But what im trying to say here is that its just not good business. It makes them look bad. Lord knows with luke smith saying all his shit all the time the community already hates them enough, its just not how business is supposed to work. Its not appropriate.
Being snarky is doing nothing but making them seem like a child.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
