That's a joke. You can get 2 shot kills on one with them having their over shield. Any high impact sniper will 2 shot body shot.

No everyone does not use the people that were gifted it at the end of the campaign use of because they suck at sniping and need the handicap and the people that were gifted it and got a shitty fusion rifle constantly die to it in the crucible because it's free head shots
