1.OF COURSE they would still hear about it, what are you on about? It's still completely unhindered in [i]95% of Crucible[/i], and always will be. They will [i]always[/i] have to worry about [i]every single weapon[/i] they put in the game, period.
2. There's absolutely no reason to assume they're going to re-buff HCs.
