Before. At the end of the Thrallway when you drop into the pool of black gunk, just stay in that room. When you shoot, you'll turn red; wait until your are [i]completely[/i] clear to shoot again

Ohhhhh, okay. I see how not being able to aim down sights poses an issue. But you're saying aim, look over their head, and go down till you see their name. Now, I haven't tried this, is there an easy way to check that they're in line with your shot?

Not really. You zoom in a bit when looking over your shoulder. Try using a long range scope. Most of the time it's easy to hit their really tall heads
