If the devil punishes the sinners, why is he considered evil? Shouldn't he be god's right hand man since he's punishing the wicked? Or even still, if he is evil, wouldn't he welcome his fellow heathens with open arms instead of torturing them? It really does make no sense. I personally think that any belief that has someone putting the wants of their god over other human beings is in fact stupid. It's a toxic mentality I wish we could let go of.
