Dude cuz its 16+ you must be in the uk right? Ya know in the uk apart from 18+(which need someone over that age to buy them) the age ratings are just guidelines so parents know what their getting for their kids its not illegal, only 18+ games has some laws around them and there very basic other than that hes fine to play the game
