I found Hard Light after finishing The Prison of The Elders, and now I'm upgrading it and I have some doubts: it does only like 165 dmg. On the internet I saw people having it with 300+ dmg. I haven't unlocked the last perk yet, so could this be the problem or did I just find a very weak exotic weapon? Thanks a lot!
