It works either way, my friend. The drop rates are higher on Heroics though, I believe. Or any Playlists at that. I got two exotic engram drops from a level 20 strike. But those aren't exclusive, lol.

It happens, man. Just gotta grind. If you stop caring, it'll show up out of nowhere. Someone grinded for 64 hours before they got the cloak from Darkblade. To me, not worth it. Just play. It'll come to those who wait.
