*i open the door of the heli, and we are at a rooftop turned helipad, 10 other helicopters on the roofs and soldiers wandering*

You see buildings teeming with soldiers in green camouflage uniforms and gray undershirts. Some training, some guarding, and some aimlessly wandering.
