Destiny Team - if i buy a new XBoxOne will my year one content (Destiny, TDB, and HoW) port over? i know the TTK will not port over and i'll need to buy that again but can i still upgrade all my year one content over to my One?

All year one items you get on 360 will transfer over to xbox one.
