Balance to me means having 3 classes which can be used in all situtations to the same effectivness, in my opinion all races are unbalanced because all classes are made for different situations.

You dont understand what im saying. All 9 different sub classes have there uses for different game types. If the classes where all balanced there wouldnt be any point of having different ones.
