As always, great read.
Just wish they would give it a slight buff for use outside of the raid. It's kinda meh without special circumstances.

It's my go to PvE weapon. It's extremely powerful is you're a user whom knows how to dodge. In PvP is the only place where it is underperforming. For balance reasons.
