-You see he jumps onto another building with ease and wall runs it to an alley and goes around a corner-

-jumps onto the buildings roof, then jumps down easily Into The same alley in front of Theron-

-He sidesteps him and continues running hiding in a nearby crowd-

-continues into the crowd casually and waves at Theron, pulls out a card and motions for him to check his pocket-

-He checks his pocket-

-Theron pulls out an ace of spades with a tracker on it back- -Conrad starts sprinting toward Theron-

-He throws it back and drops into a sewer-

-rolls over and picks up card and continues sprinting- "Those we're collectors edition man!"

"Right this is where Tempests are great" -He reverses tome (-30 min) and dodges from you taking the gun and takes the clip and runs-

-grins after taking out a playing card-

-The card is shot out of your hand-

"You missed" -ducks behind a corner- -waits for delay-
-
-He fakes a delay then shoot your leg- (marksman skill so yeah)
-
(Delay was more of "your turn" as opposed to "I'm standing here" but oh well) -bullets don't go through cement walls- -vanishes-
