If you could answer this, how many chest engrams/ engrams in general did you open? I think it might be glitched as in a podcast video luke smith said that only one chest piece for year two. That was on oct 2.

No idea. I've gotten quite a few and it dropped Alpha Lupi for titan and hunter quite a few times.
