Raid Armor infusion or Regular Armor Infusion

Infuse Raid Armor

Infuse Regular Armor (Using Raid Armor)

I want to know if I get a raid piece should I infuse that piece with higher light level items or if I have a legendary/exotic should I infuse that with raid armor? Let me know which I should do.

Only thing stopping me is the perks you get while in the raid from the gear, or I would.
