I actually got a smite of merain with fire fly and i have not looked back ever since, my favorite PvE legendary thus far.
Ill equip it on my hunter for those that want to see it

I got that too, it wrecks. Was never into pulse rifles before till I got that one, especially since I got the drop at 310

Oh I put that into my hung jury just because scout rifles are the more efficient PvE weapon.

Im not too sure about that pulses did receive a buff in pve and i seem to be enjoying them more then scouts and i used to main vision for almost everything ... Well that and a NITC with outlaw and fire fly

Yeah it's just that pulse rifles don't have much ammo and the raid one specifically has bad reload speed. I get cocoon and all but sometimes I just want to use my primary.
