Apparently Twilight Garrison and the chest version of Arachnid aren't supposed to frop from engrams, but did because of a glitch.

In the planet destiny podcast he was on he says that if you decrypt an exotic chest on hunter or Titan that it would be alpha lupi, so if you had it already you should let your warlock decrypt it instead
