Well sorry I don't remember everything (ignorance isn't stupidity), but where are the patch notes saying this I don't have a perfect memory. Also typing in all caps like that comes across as very undignified.

Bungie brought their health down just enough to still get one-shot by golden gun, just like every other subclass does and should. So the HoS armor nerf is inevitable.

Thanks for actually not being an ass like the other guy. Some have argued that the Titan being a tanky class should be able to withstand GG shots personally I haven't really come to a decision on this. Some say that GG should be buffed so that it can kill HOS in one shot.
