Happens to me regularly too. Granted I don't have my armour at max I prefer agility to increase my jump slightly but considering the how much damage a gg does to a maxed armour hammer user I think it's balanced. A golden gun remains the best long range super. I swear I don't understand why people are bitching about the hammer soo much. It easy to dodge a hammer and most the time I use atleast 3 of my Max 7 hammers (if I throw then fas fire without timing my aim) just getting that one pesky hunter who blinks/sidesteps away.
