Dismantle it. When you dismantle black hammer you get that rune maybe pocket infinity has something too.

no way. Bungie wouldnt make it necessary. Otherwise too much butthurt would be had over those new to the game or those who never got PI from y1.

Maybe they need to get it from a Legacy engram so they can experiance the suffering of RNG that year one players had to deal with...
