And I could say, who doesn't have a pocket infinity lol there are bound to be people without it. People didn't even all get gally when it was sold

Pocket Infinity is an exotic bounty and Gjallarhorn was only sold once prior to it being sold in summer. TLW was sold at least 6 times by Xur.

You can't complete it without the last word

You need the last word to do the quest. If you don't have TLW, you can't complete it, simple as. Therefore a quest that requires pocket infinity is perfectly possible.

Small problem there. You can just buy TLW from the kiosk. Can't so that with pocket infinity.

You can only buy TLW if you had discovered it previously. Same applies to pocket infinity.
