The next step is likely the Celebrant Oryx room on the forgotten shores. You will find 3 majors in there, a special device, and the SS symbol on every crate. The symbol is hidden pretty good, but look closely. Maybe use pocket infinity here.

Basically any location with the SS symbol (especially when it's sort of secret and unexplained) and pieces that imitate the SS gun design likely have something to do with the SS. Also, the music leads to this location. There are a few locations that likely start or are a part of the SS quest.

No these guys are there its a bunker entrance but the control panel only works in the mission that the enter the bunker
