Because Shaxx directly ignored one of Saladin's orders, either in the Battle of Siz Fronts or the Battle of Twilight Gap

Probably cause Shaxx led an unsanctioned counterattack during Twilight Gap and you know how Zavala is about authorization....Saladin is probably the same way Hell Saladin was in charge of defenses during Twilight Gap so maybe Shaxx broke ranks with his combat frames and attacked instead.
